Master Suite Sweetwater 2022

This was 2 bedrooms and a master bathroom. The bedrooms and bathroom were small. There was a load barring wall between the 2 bedrooms. 
We opened the area, built a new walk-in closet, completely new and larger bathroom with walk-in shower and jet tub.

Ten Mile lake house

This Watts Bar lake house had a dated kitchen. The homeowners wanted to update it, add lighting and functionality but keep the flooring the same. 
The kitchen was gutted, electrical, plumbing and gas re-routed and new cabinets, granite, gas stove, double oven, granite and lighting installed. 
We also opened up the wall between the kitchen, dining and living room. 
The homeowner wanted to update the laundry room as well, so we were able to paint and re-use the existing kitchen cabinets in there.
